ABOUT
Kyltiff wasn’t formed in a boardroom—it was forged through real life.
Founder Vincent Mann built this business not because it was easy, but because it mattered. His story includes both struggle and strength: time served, lives lost, and turning points that demanded something more. What pulled him forward wasn’t a roadmap—it was observation. Watching his mother show up every day, rain or shine. Watching his family own property and take pride in their work. Watching enough of what didn’t work to decide that he would do it differently.
Kyltiff is the result of that decision.
Today, we’re in the business of connecting real people to real estate solutions—rentals, renovation, construction & consulting. Yes, we offer property rentals, dumpster services, construction, and real estate guidance all under one roof. But more than that, we offer belief. A belief that people deserve access. That your past doesn’t dictate your future. That with the right support, something better is always possible.
Kyltiff exists to support real people taking real steps toward a better life—whether that means renting your first apartment, launching a construction project, or stepping into the real estate game for the first time. We bring hands-on support, hard-earned wisdom, and a deep respect for everyone trying to change their circumstances and build something better.
Because around here, we don’t just haul debris, lay foundations, or sign leases.
We help people reclaim possibility.
